Here are just a few books that have just been released that you may want to grab soon:
Naomi Bowes lost her innocence the night she followed her father into the woods. In freeing the girl trapped in the root cellar, Naomi revealed the horrible extent of her father’s crimes and made him infamous.
Now a successful photographer living under the name Naomi Carson, she has found a place that calls to her, thousands of miles away from everything she’s ever known. Naomi wants to embrace the solitude, but the residents of Sunrise Cove keep forcing her to open up—especially the determined Xander Keaton.
Naomi can feel her defenses failing, and knows that the connection her new life offers is something she’s always secretly craved. But as she’s learned time and again, her past is never more than a nightmare away.
Seduction is quickly becoming the hottest new restaurant in Portland, and Addison Wade is proud to claim 1/5 of the credit. She’s determined to make it a success and can’t think of a better way to bring in new customers than live music. But when former rock star Jake Keller swaggers through the doors to apply for the weekend gig, she knows she’s in trouble. Addie instantly recognizes him—his posters were plastered all over her bedroom walls in high school—he’s all bad boy…exactly her type and exactly what she doesn’t need.
Jake Keller walked away from the limelight five years ago and yearns to return to what’s always driven him: the music. If he gets to work for a smart-mouthed, funny-as-hell bombshell, all the better. But talking Addie into giving him the job is far easier than persuading her that he wants more than a romp in her bed. Just when she begins to drop her walls, Jake’s past finally catches up with him.
Will Addie be torn apart once again or will Jake be able to convince her to drown out her doubts and listen to her heart?
Everyone knows the legends about the cursed girl–Isabel, the one the señoras whisper about. They say she has green skin and grass for hair, and she feeds on the poisonous plants that fill her family’s Caribbean island garden. Some say she can grant wishes; some say her touch can kill.
Seventeen-year-old Lucas lives on the mainland most of the year but spends summers with his hotel-developer father in Puerto Rico. He’s grown up hearing stories about the cursed girl, and he wants to believe in Isabel and her magic. When letters from Isabel begin mysteriously appearing in his room the same day his new girlfriend disappears, Lucas turns to Isabel for answers–and finds himself lured into her strange and enchanted world. But time is running out for the girl filled with poison, and the more entangled Lucas becomes with Isabel, the less certain he is of escaping with his own life.
I keep seeing commercials for Most Wanted and I have to say they worked because I totally want to read it!! Thanks for sharing these!
I never watch TV…book commercials? That's a thing?
The Obsession looks good.
I haven't read a Nora Roberts book in ages. This one does look good.
I think Obsession and Poisonous look pretty interesting – or maybe it's the covers to both that grab me the most. I will have to look into them. I haven't read a Nora Roberts book in some time. Great list and I always look forward to stopping by your blog!
Covers are so important when picking out books…at least they are to me!
I really want to read Listen To Me, and A Fierce and Subtle poison.
I won a copy of Listen To Me months ago and it still hasn't shown up so I have kind of lost hope with that one. It looks so good though!
I can't wait to read The Obsession and Listen to Me looks really good. I knew I wanted to read The Obsession but the other is new to me.
Listen to Me sounds amazing. There are always so many fabulous new books being released.
I am really eager to pick up Obsession and Listen To Me. I love Nora Roberts, but definitely need to read her more. I haven't read Kristen Proby yet, but she has been on my list for a while. Love the blurb for this one.
I am looking forward to reading The Obsession. It has literally been years since I read a Nora Roberts book.
Great new releases! Listen to Me is on my TBR for this month 🙂
I had hoped that I would have received the copy that I won on LT by now. Hopefully it shows up someday.
Curious about that new Nora Roberts one.
That looks like a good one doesn't it?
