Waiting On Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we’re eagerly anticipating.
My Waiting on Wednesday pick is:

Holiday Wishes by Jill Shalvis
Series: Heartbreaker Bay #4.5
Publisher: Avon Impulse
Publication Date: November 7, 2017

It’s Christmastime again in Heartbreaker Bay!

When Sean O’Riley shows up at the Hartford Bed & Breakfast for his older brother’s bachelor weekend, he’s planning to get through this weekend as well as he can and fulfill his duties as best man. What he’s not expecting is to come face to face with the woman he lost his virginity to a decade ago – a woman he’s never really forgotten.

The last time Lotti Hartford saw Sean, she told him she loved him while he said nothing. Now, ten years later, she’s just looking for a good time. For once, she wants to be wild and free, and when she sees how good Sean grew up, she thinks he might actually be the perfect candidate.

As the weekend continues, Sean realizes that after a lifetime of being the hook-up king, he’s ready to find happily-ever-after with Lotti. But is she ready to open her heart once again? As Christmas sweeps through the little B&B, love and magic are in the air.

Pre-Order:  Amazon | Barnes & Noble | Kobo

Why Am I Waiting?

I am really enjoying the Heartbreaker Bay series so I am pretty eager to get my hands on this novella.  I am a fan of second chance romances so this one really appeals to me.

What are you waiting for this week?

  1. I've never read a Shalvis book but have a few on my TBR – mostly the ones with dogs on the covers – go figure.

  2. First time hearing about this book, but it looks really interesting.
I hope you enjoy it when you get around to reading it.
    Here is my WOW

  3. Can you believe I still have to try one of her books? :-O I know, I really should! In the meantime, hope you get to enjoy this novella soon enough 🙂

  4. Oh neat! A Christmasy one. I snagged a few Christmasy books for review for fall reading, too. I still need to start one of Jill Shalvis' series.

  5. It's always exciting when a new book is coming out in a series you love! This week I discovered 4 apocalypse books in series I like have come out and I'm waiting for them to arrive this week! November does feel ages away though but it will come sooner than we think. Hope you enjoy it!
