We predict amazing success for this brand-new mystery series starring Psychic Abby Cooper.

Abby Cooper is a P.I., psychic intuitive. But her insight failed her when she didn't foresee the death of one of her clients - or that the lead investigator for the case is the gorgeous blind date she just met. Now, with the police suspicious of her abilities and a killer on the loose, Abby's future looks more uncertain than ever.

Why did I add Abby Cooper, Psychic Eye to my bookshelf?

I have had a copy of this audiobook in my Audible account since January 2012. That’s a long time! I am not sure if I somehow got it as a freebie or if I bought it on sale but I have somehow ignored it for over 11 years. It sounds like a fun series so I am eager to give it a try. I sometimes like to listen to cozies after listening to a heavier read so I am going to move this one closer to the top of my tbr pile.

What are your thoughts? Have you read this book?  Would you recommend it?

  1. Oh I LOOVE this series!! I’m still a few books behind in what there is left of it but it really is a fun light-hearted series with a dash of paranormal–that being Abby’s psychic powers of course! If you end up enjoying this one I also recommend Victoria Laurie’s Ghost Hunter series! She now has a spinoff of both these series in her current running series. I think I need to read 1 or 2 more books in THIS series to be in the right timeline for that spinoff though. Hence the reason why I haven’t started it yet! Lol.

  2. That is a long time, though I know I have older, unread books. Psychic mysteries can be fun, and this one looks like it may be a cozy? Hope it holds up after all these years.

  3. I like the idea of a psychic PI – I read the beginning of a series with 2 women mystics and it was really good so I might give this one a try too. Grave Lies by A.N. Willis is the other ‘paranormal’ mystics mystery if you want to take a look at it. Maybe it can sit on your shelf less than 10 years!

  4. This is one I’ve actually read! This is a fun cozy series though Abby leans a bit on the Too Perfect Heroine side of things. It’s a cute read for when you’re in the mood for something light!
