“[Ahern] gives us full permission to believe in magic.”

—Redbook Magazine

One of the world’s most popular writers of women’s fiction—author of the beloved international bestseller, P.S. I Love You, basis for the popular film starring Hilary Swank—Cecelia Ahern now gives us Thanks for the Memories, a heartwarming tale of déjà vu and second chances. Reminiscent of The Time Traveler’s Wife, Thanks for the Memories is a love story brimming with hope and feeling and enlivened with an enchanting touch of magic.

Why did I add Thanks for the Memories to my bookshelf?

I have had this book on my Kindle since January 2011. As I have said before, I went a little crazy when adding books to my new Kindle, at least I only paid $1.99 for this book. I still think it sounds good and hope to read it. Based on reviews, readers either love this book or don’t care for it at all. I am crossing my fingers that I fall into the first category.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone celebrating today!

  1. Jessica @ a GREAT read

OOh nice! That’s a new to me one. When reviews get to be 50/50, I tend to stop reading them for fear the ones that don’t like it might effect my opinion! They’ll mention something that bothered them and then I see it and was like why did I buy this?! I hope you end up being in the half that love this one!

  2. This one looks so familiar to me but it doesn’t look like I’ve read it. I’ll have to see what else the author wrote. I hope you enjoy this one!
