It does sound like something a bit different which is one of the things I like about it. I am crossing my fingers that it will be a good different.
I'm very picky when it comes to sci-fi, but this does look good.
I don't really read a lot of sci-fi but I am willing to give this one a try.

The premise does sound interesting and I am thinking this book may be that something different that I am looking for.

Sounds like a great read! I need some romance to go along with my sci-fi but I hope you love this one!!
I am actually happy about the fact that this book doesn't sound like it should have any romance. I like romance but I don't want it in every story.
Did you manage to grab this one when it was on First to Read last week? I don't do military books too well so I skipped it but am interested in hearing your thoughts.
I was able to get it on First to Read. I can't resist all of the books on that site. They have had some great offerings lately.
