Return to the wonderful world of New York Times bestselling author Mary Kay Andrews' Weezie and BeBe Mysteries series with a standalone story that celebrates love, the holidays, and antiques
‘Twas the night before Christmas, and Savannah was breezy
But there's trouble afoot - and it's heading toward Weezie.
Seems BeBe's been holding a big secret back
that would make Santa's reindeer stop dead in their tracks.
Can these two best friends wriggle out of these twists?
Will they do it in time to ensure CHRISTMAS BLISS?Christmas is coming, but Savannah antique dealer Weezie Foley is doubly distracted both by her upcoming wedding to her longtime love, and by the fact that her best friend and maid-of-honor, BeBe Loudermilk, is due to give birth any day and is still adamantly refusing to marry her live-in-love Harry. Readers have come to love these characters in Mary Kay Andrews' three previous Savannah novels: Savannah Blues, Savannah Breeze, and fan favorite Blue Christmas. Now Andrews offers her legions of fans the best of many things: familiar characters, a new novella for Christmas, and a celebration of the author's own favorite pastime -- antiquing.
Why did I add Christmas Bliss to my bookshelf?
This is another book that has been gathering dust on my digital bookshelves for years. 9 of them if you are counting (and you probably are). I have read several of Mary Kay Andrews’s books and have enjoyed them so I think that this one is a pretty good bet. I am not sure that I realized it is part of a series when I bought the book, which gives me pause since I like reading books in order when I can. I do hope to get to this one someday in the not-so-distant future.
What are your thoughts? Have you read this book? Would you recommend it?

That’s a new to me one! It kind of surprises me that a book midseries turns into a holiday themed one. I would’ve thought standalone for sure! At least it’s not too far into the series though that a read of the first 3 shouldn’t take too long, as to what comes after this though I can’t say! Lol. Hope you enjoy this one once you get to read it!
I adore MKA’s holiday stories, though I have not read any of the books from this series. Hope it’s a good one.
I haven’t read this author. I hope you enjoy it.
Haven’t read this one but it looks cute.
This one looks cute 🙂
I have this and about 5 other Christmas books by Andrews on my TBR. It’s really getting ridiculous and I really need to get at least one of them read next year. I hope you enjoy it when you get to it.
