April 2018
Well, April is over. It was a cold month and a very busy month. My daughter kept us hopping during the month. She took a trip to Atlanta with her high school band, performed at the Missouri State Solo and Ensemble Festival, took the ACT, had a couple of jazz performances, and acted like a normal teenager. I am very happy that the weather has started to turn a lot nicer so that we don’t bundle up quite as much while taking the dogs for their daily walk.

Good month 😀 I look forward to your Marek one. I did not dare that one cos of its premise
I don't usually go for the whole hidden baby thing but I liked the way it was set up in the previous book. So far so good!
It sounds like it was a busy month for sure, but not that bad! I celebrated my birthday last month, and May started great because I'm celebrating my seventh blogoversary, and I couldn't be happier!! 😀 <3
P.S. You don't mind if I add a few books to my TBR pile, do you? 😉

Looks like you had a pretty great reading month and were able to get in a bunch of different genres. I need to start adding in a little romance before I burn myself out on horror.
I have to mix things up or I start to hate everything.
Sounds like a fun, but busy, month you had! I hope that May is a lot warmer for us all. 🙂 I'm curious what you think of Aftermath. It sounds great.

I have heard great things about Undead Girl Gang so I hope that I like it as much as others have.
You've been busy, but you also read some great books. I am looking forward to reading Armstrong's book this month too,
I wasn't thrilled by the premise but I trust that Armstrong will do a good job with it.
I have to work Marek into my lineup soon. I am pretty eager to read it after that setup it got in the last book.
I have read just a little bit of Marek and so far so good!

It's gotten warmer here too- finally! April was awful ha ha! Looks like you had a good reading month. That White Trash Zombie cover always cracks me up, and nice to see Only Human as a top read. I'm thinking of re- engaging w/ that series. Also Undead Girl Gang sounds fun!
I loved Only Human! I have heard some really good things about Undead Girl Gang so I am eager to give that one a try.

I found a free copy of the first white trash zombie series so I'll try it at some point. I'm pretty skeptical about liking it but a free book is always worth a try.
I have enjoyed the series but it may not be for everyone. I honestly think that I liked it more because I went with the audiobooks.
A great reading month and lots of these are new titles to me so I shall explore further 🙂
I am kind of surprised by how many books I actually worked into the month.
Oh yeah great to see you enjoyed Only Human so much. I haven't heard too much about that conclusion.
I was really looking forward to Only Human and it lived up to my expectations which was a big win in my book.

I haven't read The Cold Fury series yet but I always buy the books when they're on sale and Marek sounds like it is right up my alley.
I hope May is a little bit more relaxing and the weather is better for ya'll.
