There were also some pretty terrible moments. You may remember that my husband lost his job at the end of March which has been very stressful. There were some other things that happened that were even more stressful. I won’t be sharing some of the things going on in my life on the blog but just know that my sudden withdrawal from making the rounds to all of the blogs and commenting was because I just didn’t have anything left in me at the end of the day. I am trying to keep my spirits up and focus on not letting things bother me too much. My husband did start a new job just a couple of days ago so that should help some. I am trying not to spent too much time worrying about things that are out of my control and it is working to some degree.

He finally started that job? Good, and I hope it will be a good one!
And congrats to your talented daughter 😀
Oh many things for you!
You still had a great month and hang in there. All your blogging buddies certainly understand some absence. I hope things are finally on the upswing for you. And you have one amazing daughter! Tell her I hope she makes all her dreams come true (with all that going for her, I'm sure she will 🙂
Amazing!! Congratulations to your daughter! I'm sorry to hear you had quite a bit of stress as well. I hope it all works itself out soon <3
Congratulations to your daughter! She sounds like an impressive young person. I barely graduated from high school. I hope your husband likes his new job. Have a good June!
Aj @ Read All The Things!
I'm glad that Mr Carole has started that new job-I know you were worried about it. It still sounds like you need a big virtual hug though. *hugs*
Sorry to hear you've been so stressed out and I hope things do get better.
Yay for the grad with all the honors. 🙂 And, sensational about hubby being back to work. I'm sure he's as relieved as you. Hopefully, the dark times will pass soon. Thinking of you now and then.
Nice bunch of reads and I'm happy to see Sapphire Flames was your fave.
Have a good June, Carole!
Wow congratulations to your daughter and to you! I'm sorry to hear that this month has been so stressful to you. I hoped when your husband got another job that things would be a little easier but it doesn't sound like the case. I can definitely understand your not being able to comment at the end of the day. Just take care of yourself and we'll be here when you get back.
I bet this was an emotional, busy but great month for you with your daughter graduating! Hope things get back to normal as your Husband gets more into his new job. *hugs* You read some cool books! We are both going to be reading Girl in Red and Kingdom of Exiles so I hope we love them!
I hope with this busy month behind you it will reduce the stress somewhat. You still did a great job with reading. I hope you love your new books and things are less hectic now.

Congrats to your daughter! My oldest son just graduated, too.
I know it's hard to not let things bother you, even if you can't control them. ((HUGS)) I am glad your husband started his job, and that you had the opportunity to celebrate all your daughter's successes. I hope more and more good things continue to come your way.
You just do your best and try and let those things go. Easier said than done but I believe you can do it <3 <3 Sending love your way and do take care of yourself x I hope him starting his job goes well and that your daughter enjoys celebrating her graduation!
Congratulations to your daughter, Carole. You must be so proud. I am so sorry for all you have been going through and dealing with. I wish I could be there to give you a big hug and a shoulder to lean on. I am glad at least your husband is starting a new job. That will bring some relief, I am sure.
My reading has fallen so far by the wayside, and I hope to pick that up. But I feel like that's something I have been saying all year long so far. Take care of yourself, Carole.
